Is your organization in need of a competent parliamentarian to advise on Parliamentary Procedure at business meetings? Justin is an experienced Parliamentarian and a full member in good standing of the National Association of Parliamentarians.  He has served as Speaker of the Brock University Student Administrative Council and has intermittently served as Advocate (Parliamentarian) for the Knights of Columbus St. Alexander's council for years.  
 

As a practising parliamentarian, Mr. O'Donnell constantly seeks opportunites to continue his education in this field.   He intends to earn his Registered Parliamentarian designation later this year, and eventually, he is hoping to obtain the Professional Registered Parliamentarian designation, the highest one offered by the NAP.
